We are agnostic about our brand but not about sensible, safe and well-run programmes of work. We will work with you to be part of a bid team or simply be deployed to price and cost a project ahead of commencement. We will then manage each project using our own staff who are a team of qualified and experienced Project, Site and Support management. By using our own methodology or adopting yours, our aim is that each and every project planned or otherwise becomes a reference site not for us, for you.
Very few of our partnerships with Main Contractors and FM firms look or work the same way, companies need and want different things; We have partnerships that result in Formation delivering on public sector frameworks. We support firms on projects where the internal skills and experience don’t exist and we also work with Main Contractors when their geographical reach might be compromised and we can provide lead and deliver their work.
Some firms want us to price and deliver ‘smaller works’ while they can point their own teams towards bidding larger value programmes. Some organisations want to extend their service offering by partnering with us. The White Label service is highly flexible.
